PDX Pagode do Xandó — SP is coming to São Paulo on November 7, 2026, at the Bosque do Espéria in the Santana neighborhood. The event is scheduled to start at 4:00 PM and will run until 4:00 AM the following morning. This edition brings the “roda de pagode” format—a traditional Brazilian musical circle where percussionists and singers gather closely to play samba-style music—originally from the coastal village of Caraíva, Bahia, to the city. This is an 18+ event, and tickets are available through the Sympla platform.
What to Expect
PDX (Pagode do Xandó) offers a musical experience in São Paulo modeled after the traditional roda de pagode—a communal circle of musicians and fans—replicating the social gatherings originally popularized in the coastal village of Caraíva, Bahia. The event takes place at Bosque do Esperia, starting at 4:00 PM on November 7, 2026, and concluding at 4:00 AM the following day. Entry is strictly limited to those aged 18 and older upon presentation of a valid ID. The musical repertoire emphasizes the improvisation and high-energy interaction typical of authentic samba circles.
